This course is perfect for students who want to become professional paid actors/actresses and want to strengthen their skills before pursuing their dreams. In this 8-week session, students will get to know coach Dom intimately due to the small class size giving them the feeling of a 1-on-1 setting. Students will discover incredible and exciting discoveries about the characters they play and discoveries that will allow them to add something special to the characters they play.

Lessons Learned:

 

Scene Analysis: Students will learn what a 3-dimensional character is and how to create a fully developed fictional backstory to help them understand the scene's context and mold them into bold and creative artists.

 

Improv: Students will clearly understand the purpose of improv and how to follow 8-simple rules that will help strengthen their improv skills.

On-Camera Techniques: Students will understand what casting is looking for during an audition and learn how to execute the techniques taught in class effectively.
