Media Release

By registering for classes with Dominique Becton Film and Acting Academy (DBFAA), I hereby grant permission to DBFAA, its employees, agents, and representatives to record, photograph, and film my name, image, voice, and likeness during classes, workshops, or related activities. I understand that these materials may be used for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, advertisements, press releases, and video productions.

I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation, royalties, or other payment for the use of my likeness or recordings. I waive any right to inspect or approve the final materials in which my likeness appears and release DBFAA from any claims or liabilities arising from the use of these materials, including but not limited to claims of defamation or invasion of privacy.

By checking the box on the registration form, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms outlined in this Media Release Agreement. If I am under 18 years of age, I acknowledge that my parent or legal guardian has reviewed and approved this agreement on my behalf.
